About us
S4G is the first Toronto based strategic advisory and investment company focused on bridging the gap between Latin America and Canada. S4G was founded by a team of Canadian-Brazilian entrepreneurs and experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds including investment banking, business, engineering, project development and law.
We assist our clients in evaluating, defining, and implementing growth and capitalization strategies using Canada as a natural growth platform to go global. Our services include assisting our clients with going public transactions, mergers and acquisitions, developing joint ventures and strategic alliances, equity, debt, royalties, and other alternative financing transactions.
